General terms and conditions of K2Medical
General & contractual partners:
The following general terms and conditions apply to all K2Medical events.
With the registration the conditions are bindingly accepted by the participants.
The organizer and contractual partner is K2Medical * Kanadastraße 4 * 58675 Hemer
Registration and conclusion of the contract:
1. The offers of K2Medical are non-binding.
2. In the case of a written or telephone request, the registration will be sent with the conditions of participation.
3. With the return of the registration for our event, participation is binding.
4. The contract is concluded by sending the request for payment / confirmation of registration.
Registration is only valid subject to the examination by K2Medical.
5. When booking online and paying directly, registration and participation are binding.
Participants must be doctors, alternative practitioners, or be demonstrably in training to do so.
K2 Medical can request proof of this.
Payment & Prices:
Course fee is to be paid in advance.
Prices are net plus the applicable VAT.
The binding registration takes place when the participant sends the registration form. The request for payment is also your confirmation of registration / confirmation of participation.
Alternatively, payment can be made when booking online.
The invoice is sent digitally by email.
Scope of services:
The following services are included in the course fee: course participation, written documents, certificate.
All work materials are protected by copyright and are intended solely for the personal use of the course participant.
Duplication, copying, photography or distribution is not permitted without the consent of K2Medical.
Course cancellation by the organizer :
If the number of participants is too low, K2Medical reserves the right to cancel the course by email.
In the event of an emergency, illness of the lecturer or force majeure, the course can be canceled at short notice.
In this case, course fees that have already been paid will be reimbursed. K2Medical does not cover any other costs incurred by the participants. The liability of K2Medical for damage suffered by participants to third parties
cause is completely excluded.
Resignation :
The course fee is due immediately upon booking.
If you withdraw up to 2 weeks before the start of the course, € 200 net is due.
If you withdraw less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, 100% of the course fee is due.
The withdrawal takes place in writing to K2Medical,
The date of receipt of the email is decisive for timely receipt.
Liability, information and consent:
A maximum of one model is permitted per participant. Models are only allowed to be in the treatment room for their treatment. A separate waiting area is available for models. Only the treatment of the course content is carried out.
The willingness to treat each other is a prerequisite.
The participants are responsible for handling the models. The participant, as the practitioner, is obliged to
Clarification and approval of the models and their documentation. Treatments outside of the course topic are generally rejected.
The organizer, lecturers and other vicarious agents are only liable for intent or gross negligence. This does not affect the liability for the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited to the amount of the participation fee.
Certificate & script:
The participant certificate will be sent digitally by email after participation.
The script will be sent digitally by email before the start of the course.
Revocation instruction for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB:
The participant data is stored and used exclusively for the course participation, with the exception of the participant's express consent by signing, for information about future courses or in connection therewith. The following personal
Data collected, stored and processed: salutation, title, first name, last name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, job title.
Address trading does not take place.

Final provisions & severability clause
In the event of the ineffectiveness of individual clauses of these conditions, the effectiveness of the remaining clauses remains unaffected.
